Our Engagement Process
Working with us is super easy, as we are extremely flexible and our operating procedures are customer-centric. We have established a seamless and intuitive engagement process to support our clients for all our engagements and service delivery. We work collaboratively with our clients to ensure the best possible outcomes. Our engagement process is extremely transparent which helps our clients to get a view of the progress of the project and the status all the time. Step 1: Client Brief & Requirements Gathering
A client can reach us with their design brief or project requirements through the following options:

We will analyze your requirements and get back to you within 2 business days.
We will reach out via the email you have provided. If we require further information we will send you an email to schedule a call to discuss. If we do not hear back, the team will try to reach you over the phone as well.
Step 2: Requirements Analysis & Quotation
Our team will analyze the requirement based on the details you have provided. We will create a customized solution for you and send you a detailed proposal stating the scope of the project, expected outcomes, transparent quotation, and estimated timelines along with the project milestones. The team will send you the quotation over an email for you to approve. Once you approve the quotation, we will initiate the project.
Step 3: Advance Payment & Project Initiation
We will send you the invoice for 50% of the project amount based on the approved quotation. The invoice will be sent to you by email. We provide several payment options for our clients, such as bank transfer or payment through debit/credit card using PayPal. Applicable taxes, bank charges, and applicable transaction charges may be applied additionally to your invoice on case to case basis. Once the invoice is cleared and upon payment receipt, we will initiate the project. In case of long-term agreements, Purchase order-based payments, or credit-based agreements please contact our team at email@example.com.
Step 4: Preliminary Sample Design Delivery
We will start the work based on your requirements and brief. As per a case to cases basis, the milestones will be defined in the terms during quotation. In most cases, we will send you a mockup/sample design/2 slide design depending on the project for you to get a feel of the design direction we have taken. We encourage you to give us specific feedback to improve the work. We usually limit feedback and changes to a maximum of two iterations per phase. Once you are happy with the sample design or preliminary design, you can give us your approval. Please note the preliminary deliveries will be in secured, watermarked, and uneditable PDF formats.
Step 5: Draft Delivery
With all the intricate, moving parts in their place, our infographic creation service brings the infographic to life. Keeping the brand guidelines and communication style in mind, the team designs artwork, illustrations, and more. They do everything possible to ensure the infographic is aesthetically pleasing and intuitive.
Step 6: Project Signoff & Final Delivery
Once the project is signed off from your side. We will raise the invoice for the amount due which will include 50% of the project amount and may include billing for any approved change request or approved additional work. We will send you the invoice over an email. The invoice will be sent to you by email. We provide several payment options for our clients, such as bank transfer or payment through debit/credit card using PayPal. Applicable taxes, bank charges, and applicable transaction charges may be applied additionally to your invoice on case to case basis. Once the invoice is cleared and upon payment receipt, we will send you the editable files and close the project. Once the project is closed, our team will send you a feedback form so that you can rate your experience and help us improve our service offerings.
